What  is an Integrative practitioner?

An Integrative practitioner is a person who has the ability to utilize one or various modalities (usually holistic) to educate and guide their clients to a more balanced way of living. Integrative practitioners often have certifications or licenses in one or more alternative modalities such as yoga, coaching, reiki, energy healing and other alternative wellness practices.

EFT Offered By Alexandria Tyber

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.

People who use this technique believe tapping the body in very areas along specific meridians can create a balance in your energy system and treat a variety of ailments. 

Similar to acupuncture, but with NO needles, EFT focuses on the meridian points to restore balance to your body’s energy system. Restoring this balance can help to relieve symptoms both physically and emotionally. 

EFT uses only fingertip tapping to apply pressure. Tapping has been studied in depth and people have seen great results in areas such as chronic anxiety, weight loss, releasing outdated habits and chronic pain. 

Tapping is so easy to learn and to do for yourself! 

Holistic Health & Wellness Coach

A Holistic Health & Wellness Coach is a trained professional who uses an integrative (holistic) approach to both diet and lifestyle to help improve their clients' health and wellbeing.  Working as a guide, they will look at their clients' nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, stressors and belief systems  and help the client to create manageable changes to create a more balanced way of living to create better health and peace of mind. A HHC  is a guide and can only make suggestions based on their field of study and experience. Its up to you, the client, to implement these changes and patiently experience progress.



Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique or combinations of techniques, such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or mantra (word or phrase) – to turn attention and awareness into the present moment  with the intent to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Meditation is a wonderful tool for increasing peace of mind, wellbeing, self perception and being in the present.  It can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression & pain, Many health professionals  and hospitals offer meditation training and recommend a daily practice to their patients.

There are many different ways to meditate, and it’s fine to find the best way that works for you. Meditation is a practice, it is not something to be perfected!

Therapeutic Art Coaching

Therapeutic Art Coaching is a wonderful way to explore your own personal growth through the medium of art. Using paints, markers, collage, and found objects you can use this medium to help you process feelings, come to conclusions and express yourself in a safe and excepting environment. 

Creating can be so very healing for your body, mind and soul! In these sessions the focus is more on the process of creating instead of the final outcome of a finished piece, although often times the finished pieces are stunning!
