What’s an Integrative Practitioner?
An integrative practitioner is someone who combines different healing tools to help you feel more balanced, calm, and connected—in body, mind, and spirit.
Think of them as a wellness guide who gently supports you using a blend of holistic practices like energy work, coaching, guided meditation, EFT tapping, Yoga, Reiki, and more.
Each session is tailored to your needs and goals and will also provide you with things to practice at home to enhance your self healing journey.
About Our Integrative Wellness Sessions
Our sessions (30–60 minutes) are all about helping you slow down, reset, and feel better—emotionally, physically, and energetically.
Depending on what you need, your session may include a mix of powerful yet gentle techniques like:

Reiki - Reiki is a deeply relaxing form of energy healing where gentle touch (or no touch at all) is used to support your body’s natural healing ability. Many people say it feels like a warm, peaceful glow moving through them—melting away stress and tension.
These sessions are great for reducing anxiety, chronic stress, pain, insomnia, and more. And you’ll leave each one with simple tools you can use on your own at home.
These sessions are offered in person at our cozy Mashpee studio or virtually via FaceTime or Skype.

INNER RESET Group Class
Everyday Practices for Peace, Clarity & Resilience- Tuesdays 10AM
🌿 Feeling overwhelmed or anxious? This class gives you simple, science-backed techniques to calm your nervous system, clear your mind, and build lasting resilience. You’ll explore breathing, tapping, mantras, somatic tools, vagus nerve support, and more. Come as you are—leave feeling centered, strong, and supported. This class runs about 75 minutes. You can come when you can, each class stands alone.
Reiki – Private Sessions & Workshops
🌟 Feel calm, clear, and deeply supported with Reiki energy healing. In a private session, your practitioner channels universal energy to ease tension, clear blockages, and support physical and emotional healing. It’s safe, gentle, and widely used in hospitals for a reason—it works.

Integrative Energy Healing

HeartMath Meditation

Through heart-focused breathing and biofeedback, you’ll increase focus, boost resilience, and improve your overall well-being. Available as 1-on-1 coaching or group classes.
EFT / Tapping

Intuitive Readings for Guidance, Confirmation and Clarity
Our readers utilize their intuitive and mediumship abilities to help connect you with your loved ones as well as your own higher self and inner wisdom.
We all have the ability to 'connect' with the divine but all too often our personal stories as well as the 'noise' in our own mind impedes us.
A reading can help to clear the fog and help us to see more clearly what we need in our own lives. A reading is also a great way to have your own 'inner knowing' confirmed which can be very helpful to relieve any self doubt about decisions you need to make.
