Our Integrative Energy Workshops as well as our one on one sessions often use a combination of these modalities, to provide participants with a holistic approach to improving their well-being and addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of their lives.

What is Integrative Energy Healing?

Energy healing is a holistic approach to promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being by working with a persons energy fields. According to this philosophy, every living thing has a life force (chi) or energy that flows throughout the body. When this energy is blocked or disrupted, it can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances, which can cause pain, stress, or dis-ease.

Energy healing practitioners use various techniques to restore balance to the body's energy fields. Here at The Cosmic Cod we utilize Guided Meditation, Heart Math, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) And the Emotion/Body Code to name a few.

Many people find these modalities  helpful in managing stress, anxiety, and pain. It is a complementary approach that can be used alongside other medical treatments to support and encourge overall well-being.

We offer One on One services as well as classes & workshops on a variety of Integrative Wellness Techniques.

One On One Guided Meditation

A one-on-one guided meditation journey is a personalized meditation session with a trained practitioner that is tailored to your individual needs and goals. What is an AddHeart (HeartMath) Facilitator and what do they do?

An Add Heart Facilitator is a trained practitioner who is certified by the HeartMath Institute to facilitate the Add Heart program. The Add Heart program is a training program that teaches individuals how to use HeartMath techniques to improve emotional well-being, reduce stress, and enhance overall health and performance.

Add Heart Facilitators are trained to guide individuals through a variety of HeartMath techniques, including heart-focused breathing, coherence techniques, and biofeedback technology. GROUP MEDITATION CLASSES

EFT/TAPPING

REIKI

The Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is a therapeutic technique developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson that seeks to identify and release trapped emotions that can cause physical and emotional pain. The theory behind The Emotion Code is that our emotional experiences can become trapped within our bodies and can manifest as physical pain, anxiety, depression, and other negative emotions.

The technique involves muscle testing to identify the trapped emotion and then using a magnet or other energy technique to release it. The process can be done in person or remotely and it typically involves several sessions to fully release all the trapped emotions.
