Join us for a gentle, empowering journey into self-healing and nervous system regulation. You'll learn practical, science-supported techniques to

Each session offers simple, holistic tools you can use every day—no experience needed.

Your Instructor-Alexandria Tyber

Alexandria Tyber is an Integrative Energy Practitioner & holds Certifications in Yoga, Heart Math, The Emotion Code, Hypnotherapy, EFT/TFT, & Mindfulness Meditation.  She is also a Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach & Reiki Master/Teacher. She teaches art and healing workshops and works with clients one on one to help them create more well-being in their lives. Ali also offers Intuitive Readings.

She has been studying and practicing metaphysics for well over 40 years and believes in the transformative power of The Divine. :)
