Art for the Soul Collage : a Vision Board Workshop for self expression, setting intention & creating your dreams. Create a work of art that maps out and expresses your hopes, dreams & intentions! No artistic experience needed, we promise!
This workshop begins with a brief and inspiring guided meditation to help you relax and let go of any outdated beliefs about being creative (we’ll kick the ‘I can’ts’ to the curb!)
Using materials such as magazines, newspapers, paint, and fabric, and beautiful papers your instructor will provide guidance, support, and inspiration as you cut, glue, and create your way to a beautiful and personalized work of art. It's easy and it's fun!
You’ll have the opportunity to create with your heart's guidance... without judgment or expectation.
You'll learn how to let go of perfectionism and trust your creative instincts, allowing your inner vision to take shape.
