Join us on a transformative journey of self-healing, relaxation, and finding calm amidst the chaos!
Every week, we’ll offer insight into holistic, straightforward practices and self-healing techniques designed to reduce stress, calm your nervous system, and enhance your well-being. You'll gain practical tools that you can use to manage life's stresses. Some of the topics we’ll touch on are;

5/21-6/11 our focus will be on THE VAGUS NERVE and what it can do for you!
Each session will conclude with a guided meditation journey, leading you to a state of inner peace, self-reflection, and access to your own inner wisdom.
Together, we’ll cultivate inner calm, reduce stress, and promote self-healing for body, mind, and spirit.
Sessions last 60-90 minutes, featuring self-healing tools, a guided journey meditation, and optional reflection and discussion. Each class is self-contained, so you can join us weekly or monthly—whatever suits your schedule!
This class is great for anyone experiencing; Chronic health issues, chronic pain, anxiety, , stress related symptoms, overwhelm and fatigue, sleep issues and any other uncomfortable state of being!
Your Instructor-Alexandria Tyber
Alexandria Tyber is an Integrative Energy Practitioner & holds Certifications in Yoga, Heart Math, The Emotion Code, Hypnotherapy, EFT/TFT, & Mindfulness Meditation. She is also a Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach & Reiki Master/Teacher. She teaches art and healing workshops and works with clients one on one to help them create more well-being in their lives. Ali also offers Intuitive Readings.
She has been studying and practicing metaphysics for well over 40 years and believes in the transformative power of The Divine. :)
