Learn Reiki Level One
This class takes place on Saturday March 1st, 12:00PM-2:30PM, and Sunday March 2nd 12:00PM-2:30PM.
Reiki is an ancient and powerful tool easily used to help calm and balance your body, mind & spirit. Reiki is very gentle and can be used for people of every age to help achieve a balanced & calm state of being. When you are balanced, your body and mind can more easily access its own inherent ability to heal.
Reiki can be used for health issues, chronic pain, emotional dysregulation as well as conflicted situations. It can even be used for pets!
Reiki is NOT a religion, nor is it associated with any religion. It is based on the premise that we are energetic beings and that we can easily learn to utilize this beautiful and universal energy to help ourselves as well as others.
