REIKI Level One

Reiki is an ancient and powerful tool easily used to help calm and balance your body mind & spirit. Reiki is NOT a religion nor is it associated with any religion. It is based on the premise that we are energetic beings and that we can easily learn to utilize this energy. Most all major hospitals recognize Reiki as beneficeal to patients and offer it free of charge during a hospital stay!

Anyone can learn and use Reiki to help create more wellbeing in their lives.

In this one day class you will learn;

• The history of Reiki.
• What Reiki is and is not.
• What Reiki can do for you.
• How to give Reiki to yourself.
• How to give Reiki to others.
• Reiki for pets ( they LOVE it)!
• How to sense the energy in your hands and body.
• Energy exercises to help you balance and ground yourself.

You will also receive handouts to bring home, attunements to help you feel the Reiki Energy, a healing crystal as well as a certificate stating that you have completed Reiki Level One.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a light lunch and water for our break. (Rorys Market is about 20 steps away & has a selection of yummy healthy food and drinks and Cape Cod Coffee is right out our back door!)
