About the Event

Join Falmouth writer Sarah E. Murphy in a relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by a group of inspiring and supportive women. Bring your favorite journal or electronic device and leave your perfectionism and self-criticism at home.

This four-week class, using exercises from Natalie Goldberg’s “Writing Down The Bones,” and Julia Cameron’s “The Artist’s Way,” will explore topics and emotions such as grief, loss, and trauma through journaling, poetry, and creative non-fiction. We all have a story. It’s time to own yours.
