You know how good it feels to just let go and have a deep sigh of relief? That’s what this mini monthly workshop is all about.

Let’s be real- Life is stressful- What tools do you use to help yourself de-compress- wait, what HEALTHY tools do you use?

We all have coping mechanisms, things we choose to go to when we are feeling overwhelmed and stressed- some choices are healthy, some, not so healthy! (Yes, chocolate can be healthy in moderation!)

Join us on the 4th Saturday of every month for this ongoing, informative, educational, inspiring and uplifting ‘mini’ workshop!

Every workshop will begin with a brief talk about the benefits and various types of meditation, followed by a relaxing guided meditation journey. Each time we meet you’ll learn a new ‘tool’ to have in your de-stress toolbox!

We’ll learn about mindfulness, breathing exercises, tapping and other healthy alternative tools to help you center, relax, let go and move through and around the stressors in your life, cause lets be real… we can't avoid the stress! However, we can learn to work with it!

Come every month or just when you feel like it!

You’ll be introduced to and learn about;

Meditation- What kinds are there and how to practice it.

Mindfulness- Is that the same as Meditation?

EFT Tapping, Reiki and other forms of healthy and easy alternative stress busters!

Space is limited- You may reserve your seat for a small fee. You may also come at will and if we have enough seats we will welcome you!
