Mandalas, Meditation and a Touch of Reiki

Join us for this class of personal exploration on healing and creativity! This workshop  begins with a beautiful guided meditation on how you show up for your own creative side- While Ali leads us through  the guided meditation you’ll have the opportunity (if you like) to receive a few minutes of calming, centering (hands off)  Reiki from Marlene!

We then move on to The Mandalas! Marlene will encourage you to set an intention for your personal piece and you’ll choose the colors you feel most drawn to.  She will guide you step by step using special tools & paints to ensure your Mandala is just what you want! You'll take your Mandala home with you along with printed instructions on how to best utilize it.

Your Mandala will be approximately  7x7 and can be used to help guide you in your own meditation…
