Mandalas & Meditation

This class has always been a popular one. Marlene's calming personality and relaxed instructions make it a wonderful class to "release the stress" of the day (or week or... year?)

 Here's an abreviated definition of Mandalas;

A mandala (Sanskrit: मण्डल, romanized: maṇḍala, lit. 'circle', [ˈmɐɳɖɐlɐ]) is a geometric configuration of symbols. In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of practitioners as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation.

Covid 19 Regulations for IN PERSON Guests.

*All participants must wear a mask at all times. (at least for now!)

*Please bring your own cups/napkins and bottle/wine openers.

*Participants cannot share utensils, beverages or snacks. ( for now)

*You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon arrival.

*All guests will be seated 6 feet apart and will be asked to maintain the 6 feet social distancing before, during and after the class. (Until we are told we do not need to do this) The only exception to this is if the guests all reside in the same household.

*If you have a fever, any covid symptoms or are feeling unwell please cancel your reservation and we will credit you the class fee.

THE FINE PRINT for IN PERSON Guests 

*Cancellations for IN PERSON classes made least 48 HOURS BEFORE an event have the option of credit or a full refund.

*Cancellations made UP TO 3 HOURS before an event will be issued a credit for a future class. Sorry, no waivers or refunds for cancellations made after 3 hours before the start of an event. 

*There are no refunds or credit for NO SHOWS.

*Sometimes “stuff happens” we reserve the right to cancel any event or change the instructor and or featured painting if need be.
