About the Event

Drum Circle

Come and enjoy an energetic rhythm event using drums and percussion instruments to create a sense of community and connection with others in the circle. The utilization of rhythm and sound as a healing and connecting property has been around for millennia.

Grab a drum or piece of percussion equipment or bring your own and allow yourself to connect with others and the rhythms created within the circle. No prior drumming experience needed.

Day: Sunday June 4th

Time: 3:00-4:00

Provided: Drums, Percussion Equipment, Endless Rhythms, Energetic Attitude

Things to bring: Water, Comfortable clothes, Personal Drum or Percussion Equipment, Energetic Attitude

About your  Facilitator

Craig is an energetic and inspiring soul who weaves that energy into everything he does. He presently serves as Activities Director at an acute rehab center. Craig has been a percussionist for most of his life and is a trained drum circle facilitator through Village Music Circles. He has also studied sound and meditation for healing with Zacciah Blackburn from the Center of Light Institute of Sound Healing and Lisa Ishwari Murphy from Fairhaven Healing Art Center. As a level 2 Reiki practitioner, Craig integrates Reiki  into his daily activities at the rehab center. Craig recently received certification as a wellness life coach from iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
