In this transformative 7-week course, you will embark on a holistic journey that integrates meditation and energy healing all while focusing on a specific chakra each week. Through a blend of guided meditation & energy healing practices including The Emotion Code, EFT, Somatic Healing adn Heart Math you'll nurture your inner self while promoting emotional and energetic healing. You’ll learn tools to help regulate your nervous system, relieve stress and inspire well-being in your Body, Mind and Spirit!

Investment=$150.00 for the 7week course or $28 per class

If you are registering for the entire 7 weeks you only need to register once.

If you are joining us on a class by class basis you will need to register for each class you plan on attending separately.

Week 3 - Solar Plexus Chakra: Self-Esteem and Empowerment

• Meditation for connecting to your authentic self
• Energy healing practices to release old stories  and connect with your own innate power.

Week 4 - Heart Chakra: Love and Compassion

• Meditation to connect your heart to divine  love and compassion
• Energy healing techniques to connect to self compassion and inspire self-love

Week 5 - Throat Chakra: Communication and Expression

• Meditation to enhance communication and self-expression
