A little bit vision board and a little bit art therapy, our Art for the Soul Collage workshop is a unique and creative experience that helps you explore your inner self and create a work of art that reflects your personal journey.

We’ll begin with a brief and inspiring guided meditation to help you get into a creative headspace and let go of any limiting beliefs about the creative process (we’ll kick the ‘I can’ts’ to the curb!)

We’ll touch on various themes, such as personal growth, intuition, goals and manifesting  so you can create a collage that is in tune with your vision.

Using materials such as magazines, newspapers, paint, and fabric, your instructor will provide guidance, support, and inspiration as you cut, glue, and layer your way to a beautiful…
